GX4 Image Frame Grabber Introduction

The Dothinkey GX4 Image Frame Grabber utilizes 4-channel MIPI D/C-PHY image acquisition with the following advantages:

High compatibility
Supports simultaneous testing of C-PHY and D-PHY modules, making the production line more flexible and eliminating the need for frequent replacement of Image Frame Grabber.

Voltage adjustment can be determined according to the LP threshold of different modules, accurate card control of module quality.

Strong data transmission capability
MIPI D-PHY rate up to 1.9Gbps/Lane, MIPI C-PHY rate up to 1.5Gsps/Trio, can transmit image data at high speed.

The 4-channel design allows simultaneous acquisition of multiple image data to meet the testing needs of multi-camera modules.

High Acquisition and Processing Efficiency
Equipped with DDR4_16Gbit Buffer, it can temporarily store a large amount of image data to reduce the risk of data loss and improve the efficiency of acquisition and processing.

High-speed connector interface (module to board end connector model FX18-80P-0.8SV) ensures stable and reliable data transmission.

Multi-channel independent control
4 channels can be independently controlled and flexibly combined to meet the needs of different test scenarios.

Supports a variety of channel combinations, such as 4C, 4D, 3D+1C, 3C+1D or 2D+2C, etc., adapting to the channel configuration of different camera modules.

Production Efficiency Improvement
Supporting simultaneous lighting of 4 modules, it can test multiple camera modules at the same time, which significantly improves the production efficiency.

Equipped with 7*4 channels of Sensor adjustable power supply, which can fully meet the power supply requirements of the module and ensure the stability of the testing process.
