The MU960 series products have 5-7 independent high-precision, low-noise digital DC sensor power supplies. AVDD, DOVDD, VPP2, and AVDD2 support up to single-channel 3.3V/500mA power supply, OISVDD (only supported by MU960/MU960 Pro/MU960 Max) supports up to single-channel 3.3V/600mA power supply, DVDD supports up to single-channel 2V/800mA power supply, AFVCC supports up to single-channel 3.3V/500mA power supply, and VPP2 can provide up to 3.3V/500mA or 5V/500mA power supply. DVDD and AFVCC support TOF module power supply (only supported by MU960/MU960Pro/MU960Max).
